Coors Field
IIRC, there has been at sometime an "under the hood" penalty for Coors Field (playing at altitude) discussed in this forum to reflect the home/road advantage/disadvantage the Rockies play under, It affects both hitters and pitchers.
My question, does this affect the Spring training ballpark as well?
