Well, this was easier than expected.
Kevin Houston, Rick Moore and Janton combined to shut out the Expos on 3 hits in game 4 as we swept into the World Series with a 2-0 win.
Oil Can Boyd was a hard luck loser only allowing a 2-run home run to Dave Clark, but the Dodgers heads to the World Series to face the Red Sox, who get a chance to revenge our World Series defeat of them 2 years ago as the Twins fell to Boston 4 games to 2.
Julio Franco won MVP as he hit .529 with 1 home run, 4 RBI and 5 runs scored, but Fred Lynn could have as he hit .533 to raise his all time batting average in the postseason to .364, he is just unstoppable.
