Random ratings for coaches? I assumed you meant that historical coaches would need to have ratings to reflect their historical skills, etc.
As for source... Well, there's some info out there (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catego...seball_coaches, for instance) but again, they only need to add a few prominent ones probably, and then it EXISTING AS A FEATURE would mean modders would have access to it and can go into the minutiae.
