The Memphis Bolts defeated the Montreal Expos, 4-1, in Eastern League action at Olympic Stadium. Memphis pitcher Isaiah Parker had a standout performance. Parker got the win, improving to 11-4. Behind an impressive start by Jose Archuleta, Memphis beat Montreal, 5-1. The 23-year old pitched 6.1 innings of 5-hit and 1-run ball.
