Hilscher Finally Wins as Expos Beat Nats, 4-1
Montreal turned a good effort from starter
Adrian Hilscher into a win over the
Washington Nationals at Olympic Stadium. He worked 6.1 scoreless innings of three hit and 8 strikeout ball in the win.
The
Expos won the game, 4-1.
Ryan Rasbach notched his 24th save in 31 chances. The
Expos saw their win-loss record go to 52-73. At the same time, the
Nationals fell to 51-76.
Dan Cook had a big solo home run for the
Expos in the bottom of the third inning. With
