Hello!

I'm trying to create a fictional high school league with 128 teams separated into 16 divisions of 8 teams each.

I would like each team to only play intra-divisionally, with 3H/3A games against the other 7 teams of the division for 42 games total.

This league would typically have 3 games a week, with variable days off. Ideally a good mix of afternoon and evening game times and weekend games starting at anywhere from 10 am to 1 pm..

I would like the league to run from mid-April to end of July. The end date is more important than the start; I want to ensure playoffs start at the beginning of August.
