Re Re "army of one". We have no idea what others have had happen compared to him, because we don't know what issues he has had. We can only go by what he gives us. Being that is nothing I'll be happily moving on and playing my game that does work.
They did send me the exact same computer. Brand, model, configuration, OS etc. The identical replacement computer has never crashed with either of those apps, nor any apps in three to four years. I'll take that as "good enough for me". Feel free to disagree.

I suggest just try to understand where people are coming from who are disappointed: people express disappointment because THEY WANT THE GAME TO WORK. See complaints as an endorsement of the product. Obviously when people complain they will sound perturbed, negative even accusational. BECAUSE THEY WANT THE GAME TO WORK. How about you? Ever have an issue with your car or basement or tax return? When you complain are you always fair and level-headed and eager to see everyone's side? Assuming you are married how are you when you and the Missus argue? You're always fair minded, always eager to see her side, never ever exaggerate or even, you know, sound negative?
