Big Bill Tate?

Has anyone rated heavyweight Big Bill Tate? He was a big man who moved well based on old film, but in his prime mostly lost to other talented black fighters. Dempsey liked him as a sparring partner for a time, so he may have suffered from a sparring partner mentality. You don't want to lose your steady employment by making your boss look bad. So a general lack of aggression. He had some KO power but wasn't a big knockout artist (see previous statement). He probably could have played basketball instead of fighting for a living as he stood over 6'6".

I have him in the game with an overall rating of 4 and a game record of 15-11-5(7 KOs). All of his wins have come against pork & beaners. He was ko'd by Cleve Hawkins, Dave Sawyer, Lou Moreno, Andy Smith and a punching bag named Joe Guthrie. Compared to his real-life record, I think he should be doing better.
