I think the naming convention for Rate Field was incorrect. Wasn't it once something else Rate. Guaranteed Rate or something. Looks like a mismatch caused the game to not load it and to make a custom park in its place.
The funny thing is that within minutes of your post of this stadium, Reinsdorf was already pressuring the Chicago Mayor's office to sell bonds and implement a sales tax to build it for him.
