Hi,

I’m fairly new to the franchise. When do collection missions start populating under the “missions” tab. As a new player, I heard this was the best way to get a competitive team. Instead of spending money on just straight packs.

I’d like to be as competitive as possible with spending the least amount of money. I know that will be hard to do, but any tips would help.
