Started a fictional save, the inaugural pool has LOADS of players who are 17-19 years old who are immediately major league ready (both pitchers and hitters). When looking into the editor, even though OSA and scout often sees these players as insane, they have no potentials beyond their current ratings. They're completely maxed out at being anywhere from AAAA to solid major league quality.

Seems unrealistic that a 17 year old could be an above average but not exceptional major league caliber bat and have absolutely NO room for improvement.
