Here are the facers I made for each of the mods and the instructions I gave the user because in a Steam Mod, you can't "swap" the /logo folder and as you noted there is always the risk of a patch overwriting things and restoring the conflicting .oi files. Once I spent some time working through it, it's pretty easy to toggle between multiple logo sets. Here are the Steam instructions, but once you get your set as a subfolder to /logos, it is never overwritten and easy to move in and out of within a game and easy to have different logo sets (using the same name for auto-loading) in different individual games.
"To toggle between and load alternative logo sets in-game 1) Go to Game Settings>Database, 2) On the righthand side of the screen, it will say “This game uses the logos folder [file location]”, hit the “Edit…” button 3) You will see the subfolder /Embroidered Logos, click it and then hit the “Select” button 5) Go to the Player & Teams tab while still in Game Settings, 6) On the righthand side of the screen, select Reset all … “Team Logos”. All the Embroidered Logos should load. They will continue to load as you advance through time. To return to the default logos, just return the Database tab and navigate back “Up” into the default folder and repeat the Reset Team Logos process. Flipping between logo sets is that easy."

Have you experienced that sometimes even this method will not update all logos, namely League Logos ?
I have my updated Outlined set ready to roll for 2026 which now includes ALL minor league and independent league teams, but am finding after creating a league, reseting and/or force updating logos, that some League logos will refuse to update, for example Pacific Coast League. I have an updated logo with the correct naming convention - it will even update if I go into the League settings and auto-reload. So weird...
I know there are ways "around" this - like going into the save folder and wiping out the logos in news/html/images/team or league logos, but I like to have instructions for players as simple as possible.
Also in 2026 I noticed the game will not let you just replace or change the Logos default folder like I could in 2025, it prompts and auto reinstall of game files anytime I do, which just sticks all the .oi Logo files back in the folder.
