In on Fast Spring and manually downloading and installing, follow the steps in post 819 here (just a few back) and ensure you have all the files in the proper place. Next go to him in the player editor and under Picture Functions, go to Auto-regenerate facegen and see if it corrects.
If on Steam, go to Workshop Central and re-download it and then the option above that to reinstall it. You should see a loading bar at the top as it's a fair number of files to install. Then go to Albert again in the Player Editor and see if you can load it, if it doesn't autoload.

I had been out of the game for a few years and totally had a brain fart to be honest. I was trying to make him a coach on my 2025 Cardinals staff. Ended up just importing him from the historical database and making him a coach and of course that worked. Thanks for the help though.
That being said since then I've quickly gotten back into the groove and made hundreds of facegens of players that I haven't seen around. Prospects from teams. I'm currently trying to work through every team's top prospects. Then I plan on going through top 100 or so of each of the next few years' drafts. Along with that I've been knocking out owners, GM's, trainers, and other staff members. Not sure if that requires a separate post or I can just send them to someone who can add them to one of their packs.
