I don’t think a list exists, but in general, if a picture of a player is available, there’s a very good chance I’ve already created a facegen for him—unless, of course, the picture was unusable. I can’t work with images where the player isn’t facing forward.
My process for the pack has been straightforward: I started from 1871 and created facegens for any players Lans hadn’t done. Right now, I’m stuck at 1979 since I’m playing my game with the Expos (currently in August 1974). That said, Lans covered a lot of players from the 1980s onward, at least most of the key ones.
P.S. I’m not claiming my early work was perfect—I've improved my tools since then—but I’m happy to update older facegens upon request if I have the time.
