Johnny Mize is one of the players effected. I discovered he was actually signed by a team as a FA end of last season, quickly name #2 then #1 league prospect (as we may well imagine) then two weeks later was released (Nov 1) and has remained a FA into August.
To counter this I've removed all age and roster size restrictions from minor leagues, and this dropping of top prospects still goes on so again, we reach yet another game-breaking bug. Think OOTP11 was my first purchase.
