Thanks. I can't recreate it in a normal standard game. The Quickstart brings over settings from you (mine did), but there didn't seem to be issue changing them and I don't recall you having control of Lineups/Rotation set to the AI. To clarify, you're right there were game settings, not specifically managerial settings.
