44 teams, 134 games, balanced for minor league
I made this schedule a few weeks ago. Yes, there are obvious signs of computer assistance on this one, but I took a shortcut with the weekend series to make the midweek series easier to fit in.
This schedule would work for any 44-team balanced configuration, but was designed with a single table in mind. Each team plays 3 or 4 games against each other team. The schedule starts on a Friday in late March or early April, and ends on the last Monday of August, one week before Labor Day.
