GAME ONE


Game 1 of the World Series is a duel between the Grizzlies and Aztecs' pitching staffs, with Mexico City coming out on top. Aztecs starter Cheong-young Choi 🇰🇷 gives them 5.1 innings of 1-run ball, and the bullpen brings home a 2-1 victory. Choi was named player of the game.





GAME TWO


The Aztecs pitching staff once again comes up big in Game 2, silencing the Sacramento bats as the Grizzlies once again put up only 5 hits. Aztecs offseason pickup Hiang-ta See-to 🇨🇳 is named player of the game.





GAME THREE


The Grizzlies' bats go quiet again in game 3, with the only glimmer of hope being a 3-run rally in the 9th before being snuffed out. Aztecs starter Lucio Bray 🇧🇷 is named player of the game.





GAME FOUR


Sacramento gets a huge performance in Game 4 by legendary starting pitcher Ross Acres 🇺🇸, named player of the game. The Grizzlies bats finally come alive against follower Wing-kit Fong 🇹🇼 for 4 runs that put them over edge for their first win of the series.



GAME FIVE


In their last chance to clinch the World Series at home, the Mexico City Aztecs slam the door on Sacramento to win the title. The Grizzlies bullpen serves up batting practice as the Aztecs earn their first Major League crown.
