I will also add, I am working on ideas to ensure a, maybe not level, but more balanced pool of team markets. Due to the size of Miami and Oakland, I would like those teams to relocate to bigger markets. I am also going to ensure there are no markets that are below average. So, a few below-average teams might get a bump.
