Player stats only persist in league play.
You can extract your player stats from the tournaments save game like this:
- select in the top menu Tournament -> Statistics
- go to the tab Sortable Stats
- create a custom filter with "Team" "Is" and your team name
- select as position "All Pitchers" and as view "Pitiching Stats 1" (or your own customized view)
- press report and select "Write report to csv"
- do the same with "All Batters" and "Batting Stats 1"
