Clinching the National League
The Brooklyn Dodgers have clinched the National League title on September 14, and will host the new National League Championship Series. The AL race is still open, but that looks like it will also be held at Yankee Stadium, with the Yankees hosting either Cleveland or Philadelphia.
Chattanooga has long since clinched the Southern Association.
