Hmm - Is this not just the game accounting for your scout having a lower accuracy on someone who's not on your roster?
Do you have these players fully scouted at both instances? Does this only happen in Historical and not in modern?
I'm not sure how much obfuscating there is to the player between the editor numbers and the displayed numbers anyway - so perhaps someone else can chime in there.
