It's hard to know how to approach this, especially among
friends.
But the inescapable facts are these: 1) I am a Yankees fan, and 2) Yankees fans are going to want to follow Juan Soto, to see how he does this season for you fellows.
I don't want to turn this into a Juan Soto watch thread. But periodically, I will visit with a report and my impressions.
Hey, there are no sour grapes! He was good for us last year and helped us to get as far as we did. Money talks and players walk. Most of us get this.
But we can't help wondering what would have happened had the Yankees won the bidding war. Will it be with consternation or relief that we review this situation come October?
