Attached is a 1924 image of Frank Parkinson with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Parkinson represented the Phillies for 4 seasons, 2 as a starter and the last 2 as a back-up.
In his rookie season of 1921 Parkinson appeared in 108 games as the Phillies starting shortstop. Art Fletcher became the starting shortstop in 1922 and Parkinson moved over to second in what was his most productive season. However, he did lead the National League with 93 strikeouts.
Parkinson finished his Major League career with a .256 batting average from 1311 at bats.
