League expansion, minors, etc.
I'm having a difficult time in a fictional environment expanding. It seems I can cannot change affiliation of a minor league team or assign affiliation on creation. Any team then added to a universe with minors is forced into reserve roster.
Settings are dense on mobile. Maybe I missed and team affiliation screen, but it's not in league structure.
Am I missing something or is there a solution?
