And it definitely must happen before the league actually rolls over to the new year (the Preseason Start). Thanks Matt. That explains it then, as I amended arbitration after it already triggered to fall in line with the real life sequence of events. Of note, where can I find the requisite order for off-season events so as to ensure this doesn’t happen again?
