MLB news: August 9 -- Donovan and Cubs RP Killan suspended for fisticuffs
Major League Baseball have announced that St. Louis Cardinals infielder/outfielder Brendan Donovan and Chicago Cubs relief pitcher Caleb Kilian have both been suspended for two games after Donovan charged the mound after being hit by a pitch.
Donovan charged the mound after he was hit by pitch following a home run by Jordan Walker which made the score 3-1 in favor of Chicago.
The Cubs went on to win 6-1.
