Won Ma was drafted into the Korean military around the time he was due to report to the Devil Rays' minor league camp, so it seems there was no chance he was photographed in a Devil Rays uniform. He never reported to the team.
I'm not trying to discourage you from posting on this thread, but when you get down to specifying that a photo of a player whose only distinction was being drafted by a major league team or who only played in very low minor league levels in that franchise needs to appear in a major league uniform for that photo to be of interest to you, the odds of finding that photo are too low for me to spend my time looking for it. Maybe someone else will help you in that kind of a pursuit.
