Rolling into 1998, I'm adding some additional development leagues: all of the collegiate summer leagues that have started by 1998 (with teams that have or fictional), and two fictional ones. The two fictional development leagues are high school leagues; one for kicks and giggles, the other is a Perfect Game League for the top juniors (next seniors) for the following draft.
