Just finished the 162nd game of the 2025 Cardinals season -- by some miracle I went 83-69 and earned a wild card -- and got hit by 56 pitches over the course of the season while my pitchers plunked 60.
Averages of 2.89 and 2.7 respectively.
Over the course of the season, 1,992 batters were hit by pitches for an average of 2.43 per game.
