Attached is a 1924 image of Ray Pierce extracted from the Gutierrez composite.
Pierce made his Major League debut with the 1924 Cubs. He was a short statured left handed pitcher listed at 5'6" and 156 lbs. He made his debut and appeared in 6 games finishing 5 of them. He pitched 7 plus innings giving up 6 earned runs. He then pitched for the 1925 and 1926 Philadelphia Phillies. He started 15 games for them over that 2 year period and finished 21. 1925 was his most productive year completing 4 games and posting a 5-4 record. He faced a similar number of batters inn each year, 410 and 418 chronologically.
