
Game 79: Toronto Blue Jays vs. Boston Red Sox
A close game in which the Red Sox simply could not get runners on base. To the dismay of the 33,556 fans in attendance, the visiting Toronto Blue Jays (35-44) topped the Boston Red Sox (44-35) by a 5 to 2 score.

Reliever Chad Green (H 2) was tagged for 1 earned run on 1 hit in his 1 inning of work before handing the ball over to Yimi Garcia (SV 5) to close out the game for a scoreless final inning.
