Historical Minor League Stats Missing

What up OOTP!

So it's been a few years since I've played OOTP on my PC but I finally got the chance to try out this year's edition. Usually, what I love doing with a fresh copy of OOTP is building a fictional historical league from scratch, but this year seems different than what I remember.

In the earlier seasons, I typically manually import players instead of letting the game do it. This time, when doing so, I noticed that historical minor league stats are missing. I always play historical and fictional historical with Import Minor Leagues (1901+) checked ON, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. I tried googling a bunch of terms related to this issue, and even searching reddit, but no one seems to have an answer/fix.

For those wondering, I'm just using the Historical ID used in the game (that is the way to do it, right?), which in this case would be 'walshed01', and I'm just importing him from historical_database.odb. I'm not using a custom database or anything—I actually never figured out how to set that up. Is it even a database issue? Is there a setting I'm just overlooking?

Here's a couple of screenshots to illustrate what I'm talking about here. The first is Ed Walsh from my 1901 start. On the left is the Ed Walsh auto-imported into the 1901 draft class, obviously with Amateur Draft Enabled. All of his majors and minors stats are included. On the right is the manually imported Ed Walsh. You can see that his Connecticut State League stats are missing; Only MLB stats are included. (Note that in both cases the League Scope is set to 'All')

And then in my 1994 league, same thing with Roy Halladay. Auto-imported as part of the '94 draft class, Real Pitching > League Scope > 'All'—everything shows. The manually imported Halladay? No Minor league stats.

Again, I haven't had this problem with previous versions of OOTP. I'm not sure what changed, and I know that this isn't THAT big a deal when it comes to historical play, but I found it curious nonetheless. Any and all feedback, insight, or suggestions are welcome!
