Mine are...
30 man rosters for AAA down to Low A. I think my Rookie is 50, but can't open game right now to check.
Pro Years/Age per level
AAA: none/none
AA: none/ 28 yrs
A+: 5 pro/ 25 yrs
Low A: 4 pro/ 23 yrs
Rookie: 3 pro/ 22 yrs
Not sure how this compares to real life, but I think it was close when I did it years ago.
