Not sure what other link you meant to post, but the Reddit link was just put up yesterday and the comments are mostly people saying it is not broken.
The main complaint I have seen recently is that starting pitchers don't have high enough Stuff ratings. This seems, however, to be more of a perception issue since starting pitchers are evaluated against both Relivers and Starters for their relative Stuff than a bug. I've not seen anyone, for instance, complaining that Starting Pitchers are not striking out enough batters (which is tied to the Stuff rating).
