I would recommend running a test and actually observing how the game works yourself vs. complaints often from people trying to do extreme things or making mountains out of mole hills.
You all are going to complain this game out of existence just because it isn't perfect (news flash, it never will be perfect).
The OOTP team is extremely responsive for its' size. I challenge you to find a similar company that is better. Within 24 hours? To every vague complaint? What world do you live in? Many around here do not deserve them and from the Devs perspective interacting with you is probably a no-win situation.
