My opinion is that the whales don't care about the rest of us. They're gonna do what they do, which is to acquire every new mega card...hell, every new card...within 24-48 hours. For them, the fight is about acquiring cards that aren't available through normal channels (PTCS rewards, Clubhouse Stars, etc.). That means tournaments and, to a more limited extent, performance in Diamond and Perfect League. They aren't gonna bitch about adding extra Pack Rewards for two Standard packs, especially since they'll just auto-complete them anyway.
