For that latest set I just took the two "extra" games from division opponents (to go to exactly 13 per) and gave them to interdivision opponents (to go to 7 for one in each division).
It does not put in any two-game series. And the "rivals" are arbitrarily set such that they likely do not match what one would want to have for that alignment, though that can be adjusted given specific team details.
