As you can see the top column reflects OOTP 26 ratings which show up on the main player page. The ratings below and the rating changes beneath are from the previous version I believe. There is an adjustment made to get it to the OOTP 26 rating which displays on the top. |
I see the same issue with scouting on normal. The development report numbers on the bottom of the scouting tab never match up with the scouting history from the same date at the top of the tab. As far as I can remember, this has been the case since launch of OOTP26.
