KC Top Prospects
Three top 100 pitchers will make their MLB debuts for the Royals this year, although Joe Teichner and Dusty Bartosik might be playing for the same 5th starter role. Behind that there are several AAA players and a number of lower level prospects looking to make their mark among the 11 Top 100 and 24 Top 200 players in the Royals farm.

The number one and three prospects in baseball start the season in the big leagues as Jonathan Herrin and Bob McClelland will look to live up to their hype for the Diamondbacks and Brewers.

The Royals farm system remains far and away the best in baseball, with the Diamondbacks, Guardians, Cubs and Twins rounding out a top five of 100+ point farms. Only the Dodgers and the Red Sox have zero top 100 prospects entering the season.
