January 20th – We threw out $2.5M in order to sign RHRP Emilio Farentino(16, 1.5/5*) from Venezuela. The kid is a 80/75/65 relief prospect with extreme groundball tendencies and a 85 rated slider and 80 rated sinker, all potential of course.

February 2nd – And the international amateur budget is now gone as we signed SS Jose de los Santos(17, 4*) for the remaining $1.44M of our budget. The kid from the Dominican is a potential 60/80/65/75/55 hitter with 65 rated defense at 3B and 55 defense at short.
