Expos Tie Series with 6-4 Win

The Montreal Expos faced a tough opponent in Los Angeles pitcher Dylan Roberts, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Angel Stadium of Anaheim by a final score of 6-4. Roberts went 6 innings and allowed 2 runs. Austin Williams picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Trevor Hoag suffered the loss. Paul Ide notched his 1st save in 1 chances.

Montreal took a 6-4 lead on Roberto Pedraza's 3rd double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Pedraza hit in the top of the ninth, left Los Angeles pitcher Trevor Hoag visibly frustrated. He is batting .400-1-6 1.271OPS 0.3WAR in 6 games.

"It was a good night for them and a bad night for us," said Los Angeles manager Juan Acosta.

With this game in the books, Montreal is 58-35, Los Angeles 54-38.
