Unfortunately, I've never been able to find film of this Sunday double-header (which I didn't see but I recall listening to on the radio at our swim club), but
here's the game from the Friday before. Tom Seaver vs. John Candelaria, pretty good match-up.
ETA: during the Friday night telecast, Pittsburgh PbP man Lanny Frattare informs us that DeLeon will be starting on Sunday because Don "Caveman" Robinson has been scratched. So that was a pretty good audition in a spot start, not that he got the win, but still.
