In the 12th inning, with the Brews' Killian Austin on the mound, the Synths began their winning push. Writey Thomassen led off with a walk and then tagged up to second on Grayson Topps' deep fly. Thomassen threw a wild pitch that advanced Thomassen and later plunked Packs Ton Kling. Tommy Whitetiger then drove a pitch to deep left, allowing Thomassen to tag up for the winning run and a 1-0 series lead.

Geralt Rivia went 3 for 5 with a double, two runs, and two RBI to lead the Synths to their first Nuka Cup title. Three other Lexington hitters each had two hits and six other players despite Rivia also knocked in a run apiece.
Game 3: Lexington 8, Southie 1
