League background featuring the league logo and the cap logos of the 48 teams in the organization. Like the other organizations i've done from earl weaver baseball to OOTP, city and team nicknames start with the same letter and have city/regional themes.

Team financials based on metro population, fan loyalty, fan interest. The emphasis was on creating realistic financials for the markets, resulting in the larger markets having an initial advantage for realism. Likewise, the inagural draft order was sorted by metro population and a straight draft was utilized. Major markets should have a distinct early advantage.
