2060 Pre-Season Update
Inter-divisional team moves
The Singapore Shipwrights have been moved from the Central and East Asia Division (CEA) to the West and South East Asia Division (WSEA). A Division which now makes much more sense for them given their place on the map. The Kuala Lumpur Tigers will be moved in the same way next year, for the same reason, and so the WSEA will not be getting any expansion teams in those years, while the CEA will receive two expansion teams per year to ensure each division still has the same number of teams.
Geographical team moves
Due to the fact the Shenzhen Peanuts and Guangzhou Rams are very close together (not to mention the Hong Kong Kites), the Shenzhen Peanuts are moving to Larim to improve the spread of teams across China. They will be renamed the Larim Icecaps but will keep all of the Peanuts’ players/records etc as their own. Here is their new logo:
Expansion teams
Expansion teams for 2060 are listed below. There will be one more round of expansions in 2061, before the league takes a break from them - at least for a good while...
