Have there been any posts on whether, in PT main or in tournaments, pitchers marked as RP do better in the bullpen in general than starters?

I've had it be kind of all over the place. Does it not matter at all? Is it just random, or is it just to toss in the best pitcher available?

I've also heard that if you set everyone to middle relief, the BP performs better than if you micromanage....is that still true? Kinda takes some of the fun out of managing if so.
