There have been a few cases of players being traded between games of a doubleheader and switching clubhouses. The most famous was when the Cubs traded Max Flack
…to the Cardinals between games of their Memorial Day twin-bill on May 30, 1922 and received Cliff Heathcote in exchange.
Both played for their new team in the second game. What made Youngblood's "two games for two teams in two cities in one day" jaunt so memorable was the travel.
