After a brutal 12-game homestand that saw our Rockies go winless, the team hit the road again, embarking on a six-game swing that took them to San Francisco and Atlanta. While the overall results were a mixed bag, the most crucial outcome, was finally snapping the agonizing 14-game losing streak! The Rockies finished this road trip even at 3-3 bringing their overall season mark after July 1 to 33-45

San Francisco Giants Series (1-2)
Game 1: Giants 6 Rockies 5 (10 Innings)
The losing streak extended to 14 games in a heartbreaking extra-inning loss in game one. Despite a valiant effort, including a home run from Jeff Blauser and a late rally, Will Clark's big day (4-for-6, HR, 2 2B, 3 RBI) for the Giants, capped by a walk-off single from Darrin Jackson, sealed the Rockies fate.
