As the topic lists, I've ran a historical league for 2 seasons, then suddenly I go into the Junior Leagues to see who's coming around the bend for draftees, there's a limited list with the highest POT is a 1.5. Same for the Colleges and European leagues.

The Random Debut file is over 50mb - so I'm confused as to why the game doesn't replenish the draft lists.

Any ideas, suggestions, workarounds?
